The Red Pine is a beautiful private home located on Solamere Drive in a private setting with spectacular views of Deer Valley Mountain and the gorgeous surrounding mountain landscape. This three level home features a large wraparound deck with hot tub, providing stunning 270-degree mountain views and backs up to a secluded mountain which features hiking and biking trails, and perfect après-ski sledding.
The main level features a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows, and includes a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with a Viking stove, Bosche dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator as well as all cocking utensils, a dining area and living room with a large stone, wood-burning fireplace as well as an entertainment console with TV, DVD player and Bose audio system.
The master bedroom, located just off the living room, features a fireplace, walk in closet and large master bathroom with double sinks, large shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Sliding doors access the wraparound deck and hot tub, which can also be accessed from the great room. The upper level includes a double bedroom with balcony and mountain views, a twin bedroom, full bathroom and an open loft/study overlooking the great room.
The lower level features the media room, with a 42-inch flat screen LCD television, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom and walkout access to the beautifully landscaped property. Also on this level are the laundry room, boot/equipment storage area and heated, two-car garage.
The Red Pine home is less than one mile from Deer Valley Resort and historic Park City Main street, which features world-class restaurants, magnificent art galleries and plenty of fine shopping. The home is also minutes away from the Park City Mountain Resort.
