WELCOME TO LAKE SINCLAIR!
Great location just 90 miles from Atlanta. Our home is easy to find off of Hwy 441 or Hwy 129. Enjoy a stop in Historic Madison, GA on your way. Eatonton and Milledgeville are a quick 20 minute drive.
3 Bedroom 2 Bath A-frame is located in a secluded cove just off of the main lake. Twin Bridges Landing - a full service marina - is a quick walk away. It offers a convenience store (including popsicles and ice cream for the kids) along with a boat launch. The water depth at the dock is suitable for a boat and great for fishing and swimming.
The house features a queen bed master suite with TV and private bathroom on the second floor with a loft to enjoy a good book while enjoying the lake views. Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms each with a full size beds. We also have 2 inflatable twin mattresses for extra guests. The living room has cable, DVD and a stereo along with both a fold out couch and loveseat. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The kitchen counter has 3 bar stools in addition to the dining area.
The house is kid friendly with a fenced back yard, plenty of games, puzzles, fishing poles, etc. Just bring the family and enjoy.
