Excellent "Like New" waterfront home with all the amenities, plus brand new hardwood floors. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a master suite with queen bed, TV and private bathroom on the second floor with a loft to enjoy a good book while enjoying the lake views. Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms each with a full size beds. We also have 2 inflatable twin mattresses for extra guests. The living room has cable, DVD and a stereo along with both a fold out couch and loveseat. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The kitchen counter has 3 bar stools in addition to the dining area.
Enjoy our wonderful outdoor deck and dock, perfect for enjoying our beautiful Lake Sinclair sunrises and sunsets, relaxing, sunbathing and entertaining. The water depth at the dock is suitable for a boat and great for fishing and swimming. The house is kid friendly with a fenced back yard, plenty of games, puzzles, fishing poles, etc.
This home is located just 90 miles from Atlanta and convinently located to Hwy 441 and Hwy 212. It is located in the Twin Bridges area, giving you have easy access to the full service marina, boat ramp and convenience store. Also, if you are interested in a little shopping, want a night out or an afternoon of golf, Lake Oconee is ONLY 20 minutes away.
