Loll about in your hammock on the shaded porch overlooking the sea oats, then step into air-conditioned comfort for a cold drink in your fully-equipped kitchen. The soothing sounds of the surf will lull you to sleep on the queen-sized bed in the cozy master bedroom. Or, you can stay up all night with midnight movies on cable TV!
THE SECOND FLOOR: A PANORAMIC VIEW OF ROLLING SURF, sleeps 10. Watch the sun rise over the turquoise ocean from your king-sized bed or the wicker love seat in your master bedroom. Then pad barefoot through the spacious living room to the newly remodeled kitchen for a cup of coffee, then out on the 330 sq. ft. balcony to watch for dolphins in the surf. The rest of the family is comfy in the snug second bedroom or the spacious sleeping porch. A loft serves as an extra sleeping or play area. Central air/heat provides year-round comfort, cable TV and high speed internet let you watch your favorite program, use your computer or just enjoy some music.
For your convenience, there are separate entrances to the first and second floors. Both floors are fully equipped with linens, dishes, kitchenware, and even spices and incidentals!
Anastasia Shopping Plaza is just one mile south on Hwy A1A. Ancient St. Augustine is five miles north, and Marineland is 7 miles south along the beach.

Year Purchased: 1991
I have three sons, two in Florida and one in dental school in Denver, CO. I am newly retired from teaching, and want to spend time playing tennis, doing yoga, and providing beach retreats for folks. I volunteer in my grandchildren's classrooms.

The Unique Benefits of this Beachfront Home
I enjoy the pace of St. Augustine, the sound of the ocean, and the proximity to the surf. Our favorite spot to eat, the Beachcomber, is 8 doors away! The small-town atmosphere is relaxing, and yet good restaurants and shopping abound. The pier, mini-golf, and spas are within walking distance. Driving time to Jacksonville is 40 min. to downtown, 70 min. to the airport.
