The 2 bedroom unit is conveniently located on the first floor of a 3 floor complex, just in front of the swimming pool. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. the secondary bedroom has a separate bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living room offer wide spaces. Large glass doors provide direct access to the balcony from both the master bedroom and living room.
The condo is fully equipped and is within walking distance of a shopping center and the development's retail village. "Downtown" and the beach are also within walking distance, so you do not need to drive anywhere. If you feel like relaxing at the beach, Pacifico has a private beach club with all the amenities needed, where you can spend all day.

Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco
We purchased this condo in 2008 because it is in one of the most beautiful and successful developments in Costa Rica and we were able to realize that it was a terrific investment. We live in San Jose and wanted to invest in a development that was fully reliable in delivering and that we could use from time to time and rent it as often as possible. We could not be happier with the results so far.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
A stay in Pacifico will give you access to a unique development that is close to the local activity of Playas del Coco, but at the same time it is an incredibly quiet and relaxing destination. The developer managed to create a project with huge green areas and they were able to preserve the huge Guanacaste trees, which give the gardens a unique tranquility. The beach club is conveniently located right at the beach and offers a first class restaurant (the only one with A/C in Playas del Coco) with a state of the art Gymnasium, pools and cabanas.

Cristiana and I got married in 2007 and live in San Jose, Costa Rica's capital. I work for a Title Company and she is a physical therapist and has her own business. We have no children yet and we both enjoy our work, as well as outside activities.
