3 bedroom/2 bath WATERFRONT HOME. This is a fully furnished home including all linens and everything needed for a great, relaxing vacation. The front of the house has a ramp leading up to the deck for easy handicapped accessibility. Each bedroom has a queen bed and in the living room, there is a queen sleeper sofa that will pull out to sleep two more. The living room has ample space for sleeping bags and/or an air mattress. The living room has a 36" TV with DISH cable, DVD, VCR, Stereo. There are a selection of movies and board games for your enjoyment. The den has a cozy corner fireplace to enjoy chilly evenings while relaxing in the two leather recliners. It has a full dining room that seats six, the table may be expanded for more seating. There is also a breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 4. There is plenty of seating to feed a large crowd. (Additional seating is available on the screened porch.) The master bedroom has a large bath with a garden tub and separate shower. There is also a large walk-in-closet in the master bath. The two guest rooms each have a queen bed and chest-of-drawers. The guest bath has a tub/shower. The utility room is located just off the kitchen and has a washer/dryer, iron and iron board and walk in pantry. The kitchen is fully furnished with a glass top stove, eat-in kitchen, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cookware and utensils. Just off the kitchen, overlooking the water, is a screened in porch with glider rocker and table/chairs. This property is located less than one mile from the boat landing. The dock and path down to the dock are both lit for night fishing. This is located just off Thomas Mill Creek on Barns Mill Creek. As you leave Thomas Mill Creek, towards the "big" water, there is and island that is perfect for swimming, skiing, or just a day of relaxing. There is a fish cleaning station located up by the house. The house is located on a paved road with easy access, rain or shine. There is a deli located inside each of the gas stations at the landing. They provide hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza and other short order items.
$95/night, $600/wk, $1500/mo with $75 cleaning fee and $200 reservation/damage deposit (refundable after cleaning)

(6 miles) White Oak Park, Highland Park and Hardridge Creek Park- These are each State run parks that have a playground, picnic area and roped off swimming area.
(13 Miles) Huggin' Molly's- an old-fashioned soda shop located in Abbeville. It has a soda fountain, ice cream parlor and an adjoining restaurant that has food that is out of this world. Visit there website for more information.
(14 miles) Town of Eufaula - This town is full of Historical Southern homes, many of which have regular tours. They also have seasonal tours during the spring, fall and Christmas seasons. They have ample restaurants and a local Wal-Mart. Lake Point Resort provides golfing, tennis, swimming and boat rentals. More information can be obtained by visiting Eufaula Visitors Center website.
(43 miles) Providence Canyon is a park located near Lumkin, GA. It is normally referred to as the "Little Grand Canyon". It is definitely worth checking out. See their website for more information.
(43 miles) Westville, GA - a working town from the turn-of-the century. This is also located near Lumkin, GA. It is a town all itself that includes, Blacksmiths, Quilters, candle-makers and many others. They have festivals throughout the year and it is decorated during Christmas with turn-of-the-century decorations. It is interesting for both young and old. (Make sure you get some of the homemade gingerbread and fresh lemonade!) They also have a website for more information.
