Our unit is unique. custom designed for easy living. Master bedroom is good size with 2 walk-in closets, TV, and great view of the gardens. One bedroom is perfect for guests or as a den/office. the other is just for guests.
The great room is ideal for reading a good book, enjoying your favorite TV show or entertaining friends. The built-in bar, waterfall and lighting add to its appeal.
The kitchen is fully equipped for either a gourmet cook or casual dining. the dining area off the kitchen can accommodate 2-8 people. Our favorite room is the roomy lanai. Enjoy the evening lights or the morning birds.
The terrace is made for large or small entertaining or just relaxing in a garden setting. Also your access to the building's pool/spa/barbeque in just a few steps away. No waiting for the elevator.

Year Purchased: 2001
Jim and I retired to Florida from Illinois and Nebraska. We fell in love with all Naples has to offer. We live here year round and as a result decided to buy a home. Our years at the Dunes were thoroughly enjoyed. I know you will also like the friendly, fun atmosphere with so much to do.
Why the Owner Chose The Dunes
We fell in love with the Dunes because it offers all amenities of a first class resort. It has all the benefits of a small condo group with group activities etc. We have a delightful park to walk in or a beach a few steps from our door. Great bike paths, restaurants, fishing and shopping within 5 minutes of condo. Also you are only 30 minutes from RSW. WE love our first floor unique unit because we can enjoy the outside as well as the inside. Our unit has its own terrace in which you can plant herbs or enjoy entertaining guests by moonlight.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our terrace level unit is just a few steps away from grill, pool and spa. No need for elevators. Tennis with its lighted courts are outside the door. The fully equipped fitness center is just across the parking lot. We especially like the beach pool with pool side service. Our grandchildren think it is the best. During season their are many activities to involve yourself with-luncheons, special dinners and dances in the gourmet restaurant, book clubs, happy hours at the pool and outdoor movies for the children. Anything you think of the Dunes has it.
