You can walk to restaurants, shopping, the farmers market, etc. Or take the "Free" Honu Express to the best snorkeling beach on the island, "Kahalu'u Beach" and the keauhou area which is about 6 miles south of Kona.
You can rent mopeds nearby too, if that interests you.
WALK to the Kailua Pier to go on a snorkeling tour or underwater tour of your choice.
Take a dip in the pool, sit in the hot tub after a long day of shopping or sightseeing and cook your favorite fish on one of the huge barbeque grills.

Included: Microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, under-counter refrigerator...toaster, blender, rice maker and crock pot under counter. We have a two burner stove top, but it would have to be exchanged for the microwave, or the toaster oven. This could be done upon request. There are two barbeque grills in the pool area available for guests...very good equipment.
Washer/Dryers Are Onsite. All linens Are Provided.

Deposits:
A Non-Refundable CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITH confirmed booking. Pay Balance by Check to not Incur Processing fees and it is due 30 days prior to arrival for Low season, 60 days prior for High Season. Directions and Key instructions will be sent 15 days prior to booking once full payment is received. $250 Refundable Damage Deposit. IN US FUNDS!
Cancellation Policy:
45 days prior to reservation date a full refund less Original Deposit.
Cancellation refund within 45 days is subject to rebooking. *No Refund once ALL Monies are Paid.
Deposits are not refunded during special holidays, Ironman. We Reserve the right to Substitute another condo whenever necessary due to circumstances beyond our Control.
