This private island home located on Little Gasparilla Island is a 2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath stilt home located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The home is meticulously maintained by its private owners and is fully furnished. The views from the west and south decks are breathtaking. The island is accessible by boat only, there are no bridges to the island.
No commercial properties and no paved roads are on the island, so no cars are allowed. Shopping, golfing, and restaurants are in abundance on the mainland and only minutes from the island. A few nearby restaurants are accessible by boat. A community dock is available for mooring of boats on the intracoastal waterway. The island is approximately 100 miles south of Tampa and 40 miles south of Sarasota near Englewood, Florida.

$1175 Saturday-Saturday (WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY/NO WEEKENDS) $300 security/damage deposit due within 7 days of reservation. Rate based on 4 persons; add'l persons $5/day. Full rental fee due 30 days prior to arrival (no refund). Holiday rate $1375 (no refund).
Cleaning fee is $100 deducted from deposit.
Pet fee is $75 deducted from deposit.

Deposit will be refunded upon 60 days' cancellation notice; otherwise returned w/in 30 days of departure minus cleaning fee, pet fee, etc. Tenants release owner of any liability for personal injury/property damage during rental period; tenants responsible for damages to beach house, furnishings, and missing items. *If you do not rent a golf-cart, transportation can be provided from dock to house on arrival and departure days only.
