Relax on the Atlantic Ocean in this three-bedroom, two bath condominium on the 5th floor at Surf Club II in Palm Coast, Florida. Surf Club is located in a preserved area of old Florida 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine and 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach on the Northeast coast. The Surf Club community is gated for privacy and security and has a resort-style oceanfront heated pool and Jacuzzi with a large gas grill, table and chairs for poolside dining. Surf Club residents and guests also enjoy an oceanfront fitness facility, tennis courts, volleyball court, and an intracoastal waterway marina with 150 acres of natural preserve with a dock and boat slips.
Golfers will be challenged by the many Palm Coast courses only 15 minutes away. Those who love the outdoors and nature will enjoy hiking and biking in the nearby Washington Oaks State Gardens (a natural preserve), boating on the intercostal waterway, visiting Marineland just one mile away, and so much more. Take a short drive to historic St. Augustine and tour the city via a horse-drawn carriage along the cobblestone streets or visit Daytona Beach for year round activities. Surf Club is also a short drive to Orlando and the Disney attractions, and only one hour from Ponte Vedra Beach and its many championship golf courses, including the TPC at Sawgrass. Many excellent casual restaurants are in the area with fine dining available just minutes away in St. Augustine.
We purchased our 5th floor condominium new in 2004 and it has been used as a second home ever since. It is beautifully decorated with new furniture in warm Florida colors. We have just recently made it available as a rental unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a large window with a gorgeous view of the ocean. There is a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom/den. The living area extends onto a private balcony. The dining area seats six at the table, and there are three barstools for additional seating. The unit has three televisions, cable, washer and dryer, a fully-stocked kitchen, and full complement of linens.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Coast
My wife and I wanted a place on the ocean that provided privacy and relaxation close to home, yet was only a short drive to dining and entertainment. We drove the northeast coast of Florida for several weekends and the family unanimously decided on Surf Club. The kids enjoy the pool and beach activities, and my wife and I enjoy the rest and relaxation on the patio while watching the surf. We have become familiar with all of the local seafood restaurants and have explored historic St. Augustine from one end to the other. We are also a Disney family, and have enjoyed the short 1 1/2 hour drive to the Disney parks in Orlando. This is our second home and we love to share the Florida beach lifestyle with friends and guests.

We live only 45 minutes away from Surf Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, and purchased this condominium as a weekend getaway. I am a real estate developer and my wife is a stay at home mom, and we have two kids age 19 and 17. They were a lot younger when we purchased our Surf Club condominium five years ago, and we have many great family memories at the beach.
