Illustrated by previous guests as a SKI HEAVEN... and can exclusively be your private penthouse for the ski trip of YOUR DREAMS. The moment you walk into this luxurious ski-in ski-out corner penthouse you’re surrounded by breathtaking mountain views.
Vaulted ceilings, Open spaces a majestic stone fireplace and warm distressed wood floors. Cozy gatherings at a dining table for 8, chess game table with two large comfy leather chairs for those late night matches. Fully equipped with immaculate views and entertainment on the balcony where you can enjoy something hot off the grill or just lounge around the outdoor patio set and Jacuzzi. If you choose to stay inside, there’s always the large flat screen TV and top of the line surround sound to entertain you and your guests.
Our magnificently designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances, exquisite granite countertops and fully stocked cabinets with everything you could possibly need for a superb culinary cooking experience during your stay.
To maximize the peacefulness of this tranquil retreat, the entire penthouse is elegantly designed with warm, inviting colors in every room. Down the hall you’ll find a guest bathroom, a large luxurious master, a master bath with a jetted tub and marble shower, and two other large bedrooms each with private full baths.
Pampered accommodations are our top priority. Making sure that everything our guests need and expect with the ultimate in luxury accommodations is met. Just to mention a few, daily maid services, main street accommodations, effortless lift access, and exclusive private chefs are also available.

As you exit the property, you are mere steps away from Deer Valley’s gorgeous Buck Run and the new Strike Express high-speed quad chairlift. An added bonus to your stay in ski heaven…no more long lines at the bottom of the mountain—
Accessibility can make all the difference. During your stay at ski heaven, you may decide you can tear yourself away from the slopes to enjoy a few of the other treasures Park City has to offer from fine and casual dining, to art galleries, shopping and so much more. Park City’s historic Main Street is only 5 minutes away. Another unique feature is your accessibility to the free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service that provides private expanded Mercedes Vans that can shuttle you around town at your convenience.
As a prestigious guest you are also offered the luxury of access to the private Talisker Tower Club located directly across the street from the property. This exclusive club offers breakfast, lunch, après ski, a slope-side heated pool and outdoor spa, fitness room, children’s area and separate men and women’s spa areas.
Park City’s other two ski resorts are easily accessible from our location: Park City Mountain Resort is only 5 minutes away, and The Canyons is a short 15-minute drive.

- Ski-In: You are mere steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run! You take the elevator down to the first floor, enter the private ski locker room (each one is locked individually so you can store them during your stay) put on your ski equipment in this toasty room and walk out the automatic sliding door about 8 steps and you put skis on , you ski down Silver Buck Run (which is mid-mountain Deer Valley) get on the Silver Strike Express Chair Lift which is an approximate 7 min ride and you have access to all the trails!

I cannot say enough about how much we’ve enjoyed this incredible property. When it comes to location, I feel like we’ve found the perfect spot. There’s the convenience of being so close to Salt Lake City International Airport (only 36 miles) combined with the beauty and luxury of Deer Valley. It’s been rated #1 in the nation by readers of SKI Magazine for the past 3 years in a row for good reason.
Having ski-in, ski-out access right from our building, as well as access to the world-class Talisker Tower Club just 10 steps across the ski slope outside the door, just tops off the whole ski experience here. And I didn’t even mention the driest, softest powder snow you’ll find anywhere in the world… right here at Deer Valley Resort, as well as the 2 other close ski resorts within Park City, Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons.
Our private ski locker, which is of course available to our guests, is only 5 steps from the ski slope, Silver Buck Run. It’s just such an easy vacation at an absolutely amazing location. There’s not even a need to rent a car because of the free Dial-a-Ride service provided. We fell in love with our new ski home the minute we opened the doors and breathed in the views!
