This 3 bedroom, 2 story townhome features a living room and dining room combination. The living room is equipped with a television and DVD player. The living area opens onto a deck that offers convenient access to the pool. The deck has a large outdoor space and gas barbeque as well as a fully furnished screened in porch. The galley style kitchen opens to both the living area and a breakfast nook that seats four.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor also having a slider door that opens onto the deck. The master bedroom also features a private bath with a sunken tub and separate walk in shower stall.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom features a King bed, television, private bathroom with a tub shower combination and a private balcony. 3 bedroom Tennismaster Villas are very spacious with approximately 2000 sq. ft. and plenty of parking. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the beach along a path bordered by lush landscaping and passing the Crown Plaza Resort. The well maintained lovely pool is conveniently located near the unit.
The famous Van De Meer tennis courts are right next to the Tennismaster Villas. Shipyard has one of the best beaches on the island and some of the most beautiful and safe bike paths on Hilton Head Island. For nature lovers of all ages, the lagoons in Shipyard provide fishing and an abundance of wild life viewing.
