The properties at Saddle Club Creek are only five minutes from the Fantastic Ski Area of Steamboat Springs and on the free bus route.
This spacious three bedroom, three bathroom town house has been furnished to a high standard and recently redecorated and could be your home away from home. It has fantastic views of the nearby slopes, yet remains just far enough away from the main road to be safe for children yet easily accessible.
After a great day skiing in the Champagne Powder of Steamboat Springs, relax in a private spa which sits atop a Deck that looks up at the slope and Gondola.
With a large attached and heated garage, it is possible to drive into the garage and unload without being cold. In the morning, no snow removal from your car is necessary!
From there you walk past the Utility area with large washer and dryer.
To the left is the Children's/Teenage Den with en suite bathroom. The room is complete with Bunk Beds, Pull out Sofa, large screen TV and DVD. Perfect for those sleep-overs.
As you move down the hall there is a second beautifully decorated bedroom including Flat Screen TV that also has its own en suite bathroom.
Up the stairs to the great room that is open plan and allows all the family and friends to relax and enjoy themselves. For entertainment a flat screen home theater system has been installed.
Off the Great Room is the master suite with direct access to the Balcony and Spa and the spectacular mountain view. Additional access is through a small hallway that also has the cloakroom access.
From the fully equipped kitchen you also have access to a rear balcony with a Gas grill and further views over Steamboat.
Steamboat Springs is unusual in so far as it offers all the facilities of a large resort but the benefits of small and friendly town.
Restaurants are plentiful and varied, shopping is easy and accessible and the activities are endless.

Our family relocated from England to Florida in 1999. My wife and I had skied in most of the major resorts in Europe and North America, including Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Whistler and the cold icy East. In 2003 we ended up in Steamboat Springs as we had heard they had a fantastic Kids School. Following a most successful visit, we decided to purchase a 2 bedroom condo in 2005, and a later in 2006 this 3 bedroom town home here. Initially we considered Steamboat a Winter destination resort and then we tried the Summer. Steamboat is a unique resort with so much to do both in the winter and summer. Our only regret is that due to business commitments we can't be there all the time. As a result this well equipped family unit is available for careful renters that want a large, clean and well equipped unit to enjoy many of Steamboats fantastic facilities.
