Marco Island Vacation Tropical Getaway Within Walking Distance to Beach and Shops

Newly renovated and professionally decorated with tasteful furniture, our home is located within the exclusive Tigertail area-within walking distance to its coveted white sand beach and to upscale waterfront dining, shopping and entertainment.

Meticulously maintained both inside and out, our custom home's open layout features vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen appointed with Corian countertops and premium appliances, a roomy den, formal living and dining room and three full bathrooms, two of which have convenient access to the private pool area. All rooms are newly tiled throughout. The outside is well landscaped and lush with greenery making it an ideal, tropical oasis.

The master suite is situated at one side of the house-removed from the other two bedrooms, perfect for privacy and seclusion and sports a serene view of the pool. The master bath features a shower and over-sized Jacuzzi tub for spa-like relaxation. The home office has a pull out couch which can sleep two people. The house sleeps eight people in total.

The house has its own heated-private pool which has a southwest exposure so it receives sun light all day, making water temperature extremely comfortable and makes the setting perfect for sun bathing. The lanai is spacious and perfectly set up for entertaining and outdoor cooking and comes with a BBQ for grilling.

All furniture, TV's, linens, towels, utensils and accessories are brand new.
