Our family of 6 spent our Spring Break at this house and it accommodated all of us very well. The grandsons had a blast getting up in the morning and swimming in the pool. It's location relative to the beach, stores for shopping and restaurants is excellent. We prepared all breakfasts at the house and kitchen was well equipped. We BBQ hamburgers one night on the grill and ate outside on the patio in the screened in enclosure by the pool. Sea shell hunting at Tigertail beach was fantastic.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a great house in a very convenient location. We appreciated how well-appointed the house was and how easy it was to get everything set up. We had one small issue pop up when we were there and the owner was incredibly responsive. As a previous reviewer noted, it was so nice to have things like beach towels and chairs available... There were even sand toys for my young child to play with! The layout of the house is great. My husband, toddler and I were traveling with my parents. They were able to be away from the early-morning ruckus in the master bedroom, and there was a Lot of space for the five of us. In Marco and the surrounding area, we loved Tigertail Beach (get cheap aqua socks from WalMart for the walk across the lagoon), the 10,000 Islands National Wildlife Refuge and a "See Manatees Guaranteed" tour. We hope to return to this area (and this house!) in the future!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This home was exactly as described. The owners were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. They made the rental process very easy. The house is large and you have a lot of space to spread out and relax. There is every possible piece of furniture that you could want and there are even some things for the beach which is a bonus. The weather was unseasonably cold when we were there, so we did not take full advantage of these items, but it was nice that they were available. I would recommend this home to others and we would stay here again if we return to Marco Island.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This home was everything anyone could possibly ask for, and more! Everything about this property was first class, from the owner to the amenities to the furnishings. Not a single detail was overlooked! Being able to enjoy the outdoor space from sun up to sundown was truly remarkable. The pool gets full sun all day long and the covered lanai provides the perfect space to relax in the shade. The layout of the house is perfect as the master suite is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms are on the other end. This house would work great for two families as well, giving each their own space. We didn't have a single issue with this rental, and every question was answered remarkably prompt by the owner. It was a real treat seeing bald eagles and burrowing owls on our morning walks. The beach is incredibly close and provided some excellent shelling. My wife and I, as well as our daughter (2 years old) have rented many properties from this website all over the country and we have yet to experience the level of service provided by the owner as we had with this property! Would not hesitate to come back or recommend this property to anyone!!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from our third year of renting this home on Marco Island and as always it was great.The home is very clean and is stocked with everything you would need to have a great vacation. The pool is full sun all day and we spend most of our time on lanai. It is in a beautiful area and very quiet but close to everything on island. I am already looking forward to returning next year. The owners are the nicest people to deal with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I, along with our two sons (ages 7 and 4.5), stayed at this beautiful home for a week and had a FABULOUS time. The house itself is in excellent condition, updated and very clean. The photos on the site are great, however they don't totally do the house justice. The house is much larger than we anticipated, with three full bedrooms and three full baths. While I didn't expect to do any laundry when we were there, the washer and dryer are new HE models...and were great for drying beach towels and swimsuits. The pool was amazing, in the sun for the majority of the day so the water was generally very warm. It isn't a super deep pool (maybe 5-6 feet on one end and then more shallow on the other), just the right depth for our sons. The patio is a great area where you could be in either the sun or the shade - the majority of our time was spent out there. The location is great, a short walk to Tigertail Beach (the house has beach chairs and an umbrella that we took along with us) as well as a short walk to Starbucks for morning coffee and the local Winn Dixie. Very convenient. While we did not have any problems with the house, we did need to email the owner with a question about the pool once we had been there a couple of days. The owner could not have been more responsive! I think we heard back from her within an hour!! This was the first time we had rented for a family vacation and could not have been happier with our experience. We would definitely return to this house!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented this house in the Tigertail area of Marco Island for 1 week during our kids Spring Break. Everything was just as advertised!! The master suite was great for us, and the 2 bedrooms w/ attached baths were great for our kids- ages 11, 14 & 16. Location was nice, far enough off Collier to be quiet, but close enough to walk. And the Bald Eagle nest right around the corner was a real treat!! Tigertail Beach was very nice, but a little far to walk with chairs, coolers, etc. Do not park on the street within 500 feet of the entrance to the beach...they will write tickets. Either pay the $8 fee to park or make the hike from the house. Overall, we loved the house and would rent it again next time we vacation on Marco Island.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were very pleased with our stay. The description and pictures accurately depict the house. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful and easily reachable. I would recommend this house . Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Beach was a 5 min drive away.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent a week at this wonderful home! And we did not regret one bit of it. Any problems we had the owners were always replying us as soon as possible. And since they couldn't take care of the problem they would send the house watcher to take care of it. The house is beautiful! Has everything you need there. The home is close to everything so we could walk to many places there.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Our family had a great time staying in this home. We enjoyed the beaches, dolphin exploration trip, found a great local cupcake shop, and the Naples Zoo. The house was perfect for our size family. Everything was like it was explained and the owners were very quick to respond to phone calls, emails, etc. We would (and have!) highly recommend this property. This home is beautiful, and also offers everything you will need for your stay. This was our second year staying at this home and we will definately be staying again soon. Home is clean, private and safe neighborhood, great for biking and walking close to everything. The pool is both refreshing and relaxing we had a great time. I would highly recommend this home. We spent a week at this nicely appointed home and enjoyed every minute. Marco Island is beautiful and this home had everything we needed and more. Our two children ( ages 7 and 9) enjoyed the beaches and the pool. The community is well kept and safe. We enjoyed the privacy the home offered versus a condo or hotel. The home was clean, up-to-date, and very comfortable. We highly recommend it!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This home is fabulous. It was everything that the listing description said it was. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained. The owner was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would stay in this wonderful home when whe visit Marco Island again. The location was great. You can walk to the grocery store, local coffee house and ice cream parlor. The beach was just blocks away from this home and the beach was so beautiful - not crowded and sea shells everywhere. We had so much fun staying at this location.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We headed down to this beautiful house in Marco this last week for Spring Break and Easter. It was an absolutely unbelievable vacation. This house has all the ammenities that you need, is great for kids and adults (master is away from the kids rooms so that is nice). The pool got sun the entire day, which was awesome (this was not the case for other houses in the area). Kids had a blast playing in the pool and enjoyed taking a rest in the family room in the afternoon for a nice movie. The kitchen was perfect, we made breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. Tigertail was very close and was an easy walk even for the kids. South beach was only about a 5 minute drive and was fun for kids to boogie board and play in the waves. Every morning we walked to Starbucks, the grocery store etc. This house is close to everything and we are hoping to book again with the owner. If you are thinking this house is too good to be true, we thought that too. The kids did not want to leave and neither did the adults. Book now!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this house Dec 2009. The house was fabulous! wonderful layout --- really like how the master suite was seperated from the main tv/kitchen area and other bedrooms. Access to the Lanai and pool was wonderful. Plenty of seating inside and out. Conveniently located to shops & very reasonable walk to tigertail beach (did it 3 times w/ kid in stroller and all our gear). Owner was very helpful, responsive and friendly!
