This villa in The Dunes of Boca is located on a private beach on a very peaceful and beautiful island; the beach is excellent for shelling. Recently the townhouse has been totally renovated and newly furnished. While you are here you can take advantage of the quiet beach or if you prefer, relax and enjoy the picturesque views from the living room or the lanai. The pristine white beach, aquamarine water and natural landscape of the dunes make this beachfront villa feel like a vacation paradise.
Located in a private, gated community, there are two heated pools and two tennis courts for your use. A small lake for kayaking is nearby and also a paved bike path that runs the length of the 7-mile island.
The village of Boca Grande is only minutes away by golf cart or car. Boca Grande is a small quaint village that has kept its traditional charm; here you can enjoy the many fine restaurants or browse the shops.

Very open and spacious. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Kitchen is well equipped and has top quality appliances. The view of the Gulf and its pristine beach is phenominal anytime of the day, with a vantage point from the kitchen, living area, lanai and master bedroom. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking! A short walk along the path through the dunes and you have access to a quiet and peaceful paradise. The lanai offers a pleasant spot for dining and relaxation. The property is very peaceful, quiet and secure. Easy and enjoyable bike ride to get to the village of Boca Grande where there are quaint shops and wonderful dining options. Loved our stay ! Would definitely love to go back. And would highly recommend this lovely villa!

This beachfront townhome is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. This villa is also very clean. The kitchen & bathrooms are well stocked with lots of amenities. The ocean view is amazing. You feel like you're in paradise. I highly recommend it.
