The upper floor consists of a comfortable seating area with a 42" flat screen TV; fireplace; fully furnished open kitchen and dining area; a covered front porch; a screened in porch just off the living room that is perfect for breakfasting or a glass of wine in the evening; a master bedroom with a king size bed, jetted tub and stand alone shower; a second bedroom also features a king size bed and another bath.
Downstairs you'll find a 50" big screen TV; DVD player; poker/game table and plenty of room to stretch out and relax, watch a great movie or your favorite sports team, visit with family and friends or just hang out. A bedroom with a king size bed; another bedroom with a queen size bed and twin bunk beds; a full bath; queen size sofa bed and laundry room are provided for your convenience. Step outside on to the patio to grill your dinner on the gas BBQ grill and enjoy the view of the Ozark Mountains.
When you're ready for a little fun and activity--just cross the street to the zero-entry swimming pool and kid friendly playground or explore the woods and stream. Right up the street is the Branson Canyon clubhouse which features a lounge area with a big screen TV; a kitchen; pool table; game room; fitness room and gathering room.

Our family has really enjoyed their time at our HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We have one daughter and two sons. All three are married. At the present time we have three grandchildren. Our family is hopefully a "work still in progress"! We are blessed to be able to get together frequently both at home and at Timberview Retreat-our new HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We purchased the house in February 2009 with those get togethers in mind. The grand kids rank the zero-entry pool and Silver Dollar City as their favorites. We really like being close to the shows, shopping and spending time with the kids at the house.

What did our expanding family need in a vacation home?? Lots of room for FUN and a new place to call our HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! We found it in Branson Canyon at our TIMBERVIEW RETREAT! Our home offers us an opportunity to escape the hustle, bustle and pressures of our everyday lives and room to come together and enjoy being a FAMILY! Hey you guys-We loved our time here again!! The "Wild Hogs" movie is becoming a tradition for the 4 guys. The beds are great-the kitchen is so nicely stocked-the views are gorgeous. Everyone mentioned how well we all slept and just felt "comfortable" and "relaxed". Thanks for providing your friend with such a blessing. We thank you & will return.

My family and 3 other families stayed at Timberview over the recent 4th of July weekend. The house was spacious and very nice. We loved the furnishings and decor. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the pool area was awesome. A great place to stay & Rita was great to rent from!

Very nice house, excellently equipped! Between two houses we had 28 people for Thanksgiving weekend--a 20 year--4 family tradition. Wonderful weather and interesting city!
