Our 2 level condo is cozy, homey with incredible mountain view. The living room, kitchen, dining and family room of this holiday condo are open and tastefully decorated and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped to facilitate your gastronomic needs. Coffee and tea are provided too. For your entertainment, it includes TV/DVD/VCR and cable TV. On the second level with a spiral staircase you will find the 2 bedrooms, which can sleep 6. Large bathroom with big tub and sauna is located between the two. Downstairs one pullout bed and the sofa in the living room can provided beds for 3 more people.
Our condo is located within a 300 yard walking distance to all major transportation stops, metro and taxi stations. There are bus stations and a tram station within. It is less than a km to the city mall, gambling hotels and restaurants. So you can embark for the town to enjoy the casinos, the boardwalk, shopping and restaurants.
Vitosha Boulevard, also known as Vitoshka has been ranked as one of the most posh commercial streets in the world, which boasts of a plethora of fashion boutiques and luxury goods stores and features exhibitions by world fashion designers. It is 2-3 km away. (115 min walk).
Sofia is reputed worldwide for its amazing gastronomic delights that you can savor at any of its local coffee shops, taverns, eateries or chic restaurants. Try the traditional eggplant based dish, and cold soup, 'Tarator " and if you have a sweet tooth, do not miss out on the lip smacking Bulgarian pastry, called Baniza. If you crave for some international cuisines then there are lots of specialty restaurants in the city where you can pamper your palate with authentic Spanish, French, Italian or Chinese fare. For some great nightlife, you can drop in to any of its numerous night clubs, bars, live venues and discotheques, which are easily accessible from our rental condo. Here, not only can you drink world's finest alcoholic beverages but also enjoy mind blowing traditional music and dance performances that go on till late night. And everything is in a walking distance or 5 min with a taxi.

Why the Owner Chose Sofia
Bulgaria is my native country. I enjoy visiting Bulgaria in any given season, usually for about a month per year. My condo stays unoccupied for the other 11 months and is waiting for visitors. Bulgarian beauty is famous in our region and Bulgaria is called the “PEARL” of the Balkans. We have 4 seasons and for every season there are lots of tourist attractions and families activities. Summer - Black Sea with all its beauty with the golden sands. Winter -our famous ski resorts- Vitosha, Borovez, Bansko: Our Alpine mountains - Rila and Pirin welcome you for hiking and tourism. Bulgaria is more than 13 centuries old and it is a cultural center with beautiful architecture, monuments, museums, art and after all is a cross location for family vacation for East Europe. You can use it as a starter location to visit Turkey, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Ukraina and more.
