This was a great condo. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Nice all-around pool, lap pool and kiddie pool. We went first week of Sept 2005 and virtually had Hampton Place to ourselves. We would stay here again if vacationing in Hilton Head. Karen was very nice and professional to work with!

We had a marvelous 2 week stay at this gorgeous villa from August 13-28, 2004. Karen was a pleasure to work with and we will be staying here again. Hampton Place and this villa are immaculate.

Our family really enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The condo was everything we could have hoped for. There was so much to do on and off the island. The pool and beach were very relaxing. One week wasn't long enough!

Just returned from HHI June 14th and this place is great. One of the feature's that we loved is the adult only swimming pool. It was so relaxing and this complex is exceptionally clean. The grounds are beautiful and the villa is awesome. Would recommend this as a 5-star villa. Has everything you need.

What a wonderful place! The view from the condo is spectacular with a wonderful view of the sunrise. Golf courses, even in January, were in pretty good shape. Working with Karen was easy and she had everything ready when we arrived.

We had the priviledge of staying in the beautiful 3 bedroom condo at Hampton Place during the Christmas holidays. The condo was wonderful and had a lovely view of the ocean. We loved the big picture window in the living room! Hampton Place keeps their grounds very well manicured - even in the winter! Karen was great to work with - we would love to return sometime. Thanks again!

This is the perfect condo to stay in while at HHI. The early morning sunrise over the ocean is spectacular. A perfect place for families because each of the 3 bedrooms feature it's own corner of the unit allowing complete privacy from each other. It more than lived up to our expectations. We can't wait to come back.
