  • This was a great condo. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Nice all-around pool, lap pool and kiddie pool. We went first week of Sept 2005 and virtually had Hampton Place to ourselves. We would stay here again if vacationing in Hilton Head. Karen was very nice and professional to work with!

  • Just returned from HHI June 14th and this place is great. One of the feature's that we loved is the adult only swimming pool. It was so relaxing and this complex is exceptionally clean. The grounds are beautiful and the villa is awesome. Would recommend this as a 5-star villa. Has everything you need.

We loved the big picture window in the living room! Hampton Place keeps their grounds very well manicured - even in the winter! Karen was great to work with - we would love to return sometime.   • This is the perfect condo to stay in while at HHI. The early morning sunrise over the ocean is spectacular. A perfect place for families because each of the 3 bedrooms feature it's own corner of the unit allowing complete privacy from each other. It more than lived up to our expectations. We can't wait to come back.
