Very nice house for rent in Aruba in the Noord area 5 min away from beach and hotels only 10 min away from Oranjestad in a quiet area with beautiful rock formations. The house is build in 2007 and has two bedrooms and one bathroom, large living with porch at the front. At the back a kitchen with also a porch with garden set in the kitchen there is fridge a stove and everything you need for cooking. Each bedroom has an airco. In the garden under a gazebo is a Jacuzzi. There is also a laundry room with washer. There garden is enclosed by a wall and at the front there is a iron gate where you enter the garden. The garden is a lovely garden with palms and flowers. The house is build in typical Aruban style cunucu house. We rent the house for long term or short term. I know for sure that if you seen the house you fall in love with it and have the time of your life. Everything you need is in the house- it is fully furnished. There are also a TV and wifi and hot water in the house.

Hello my name is Bianca me and my husband willem we bought the house in 1995 but the builder stopped after the foundation so in all of these years we my husband and I build it as it is now it was a lot of hard work but we are very proud. It was ready in 2007 and since 2008 we rent it for holiday's. We love Aruba is the best island to stay for your holiday.

My Oh My....What a beautiful home ! I intially was going to Aruba myself for some unwinding down time, but last minute decided to bring my 24 yr old Nephew. A very relaxing time I did have. I really hate to say too much good, as I now consider this my own little secret, and am being selfish in wanting it available next year. The home was more well equipped than the listing stated. Roomy, and very private. If you are looking to go away, want privacy, without all the tourists, yet only a short 5-8 minute drive to the Beaches, less time to grocery stores, even closer for staples, this is the place. It's located at the end of a dirt road, not long of a road mind you, with large boulders and cactus with a beautiful back drop behind the home. Small to large iguanas bask in the sun on a daily basis. got some great pictures. Appears like a picture right out of a Story Book. Loved the outdoor shower, made me feel "One with the Land", the jacuzzi was great, in need of more persons to make it a happier event. hehe. Hope you're not afraid of dogs...there seems to be about 6-7 dogs that liked to great us upon arrival day and night. There greeting was in the way of barking, however, I realized, that they werent barking at me personally, but rather at the car. Once out of the car, they went away, and never approached me. No problems there. The Property Managers, were very helpful with any and all questions, even though after 6 yrs or so, I'm almost a native. The Home listing was exact on, everything you could possibly need was there. And I might add....VERY secure. Great place for a gathering. 4 Bedrooms in total, although I only occupied the larger side with 2 Bedrooms. I would not hesistate to reccommend this property to any family. A plus also, was doing laundry, and hanging dry..in minutes the wind dried all. I can't THANK YOU ENOUGH, and I will return. Much Regards, God Bless Karen Zadora Clinton, Connecticut USA
