This roomy cottage is the perfect site for a family vacation or gathering. The large wrap-around porch with its comfortable furnishings lets you relax with a drink or book in the lake breezes. A sandbox, climbing tree, and rope swing entertain children in the front yard. Lake Erie is 100 feet away.
An attached wood deck and spacious yard allow for sunbathing and viewing of the ever-changing lake. Stairs lead down to a wooden deck, a pier on the water, and finally, a ladder into the lake for swimming. A public, sandy beach is two miles away.
The large dining room table and fully-equipped kitchen allow for preparation of any meal imaginable. The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted, with newer beds and open ceilings. The two full bathrooms were renovated in 2005. The porch has new windows, paint and furniture, installed in 2008. This cottage has charm and character that has been making memories for families since 1911.
Children and adults of all ages enjoy the uniqueness of this cottage, located in Hartley Beach, a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road.
