Why the Owner Chose Miami
I previously lived in the house myself. Since moving to Palm Beach to start my boat and jet ski rental business I have offered it for corporate and vacation rentals.

Proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and everything else Miami has to offer. The property also has a very nice pool, dog park, kiddie park, and bike racks. The property itself has cable and wired or wireless internet included. Patios on the front and back of the property make it comfortable inside or out.

A really lovely townhouse!

Well maintained, in a family and pet oriented neighborhood and centrally located to everything, including beaches and downtown. We stayed for a month due to our home being remodeled and it was a blessing. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The townhouse is within walking distance to a CVS, Quiznos and Pollo Tropicale and there are supermarkets and many restaurants close by. We highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
