The first level offers one bedroom with two twin beds and a separate FULL bathroom. The Dining area consists of a beautiful table which seats six (6) and is perfect for family meals and/or taking in a family board game. The Kitchen area is FULLY equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs. There are new, Stainless Steel Appliances including Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave/Stove and a Gas Stovetop. The kitchen opens up to the Living area where you can sit, relax and enjoy Cable TV on the Plasma screen and cozy up next to the Gas Fireplace. DVD players are also available in the home for your convenience of special movie nights.
Just outside the living area you will find the quaint Courtyard where you can enjoy the outside breeze, BBQ a meal on the Gas Grill, or sit and enjoy a morning’s cup of java. The patio furniture seats four.
The upper level offers three (3) bedrooms and a playroom/den. The Master Bedroom offers a King Size Bed, a Gas Fireplace, ceiling fan and a Jacuzzi Tub (with separate Shower). The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed and has its own Private, Full bathroom Shower/Tub. The third bedroom also offers a Queen size bed and has a separate, Full bathroom Shower/Tub. The Playroom/Den area offers a sofa bed for additional guests, Playstation with Plasma screen and a Workstation/Desk for business tasks. Wireless Internet available!! The Laundry Room is also located on the second floor and is fully stocked for your laundry needs.
This home is of walking distance to many attractions such as the “Cedros Shopping District” which consists of a variety of Boutique Shoppes, Cafes, Restaurants and Art Galleries. You can walk to the train depot and take a ride into the city for some nightlife and dining... or perhaps take in some museums at Balboa Park. Take a three block walk to the beach at Fletcher Cove and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We think you, and your family, will enjoy the comfort of this home and all that it has to offer!
