Next to the Westin Resort in beautiful Rancho Mirage and very close to the nearby Las Vegas casino "Agua Caliente." Wonderful restaurants and world-class shopping such as El Paseo, The River Walk, and downtown Palm Springs are also accessible within 10-15 minutes.
The home provides an incredible unobstructed view of the green on the Pete Dye Course (rated among the top courses in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area), as well as the mountains and fairways. It simply does not get any nicer.
There is high speed wireless coverage throughout the residence which extends to the backyard/pool area. While you may want to enjoy the view/pool, why not "catch up" on a few emails (if you desire) with your own notebook computer access via the residence's wireless network.
This house has million dollar amenities and includes full granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, huge walk-in Master closet, 42" Plasma screen TV, and more.
