Great getaway for any family

All the accomodations are absolutely phenomenal. The home sits on an amazing piece of property (gated) and you are an easy drive to any place to want to go in the Colorado Springs areas. If you want to shop the stores of Manitou Springs, understand it is a bit of a commute, based on it being on the opposite end of the city. Easy access to I25 to get there! The pictures listed do not do this place due dilligence. If you are even remotely considering this property, you will be more than satisfied. We stayed with 3 young kids, a teenager, and my in-laws. Plenty of space. Our weimaraner was in her element. We have used VRBO to stay in other areas of Colorado, as well as a vaction to Hawaii. The Kiowa House is definitely our favorite. We are already talking about our next trip! You will not be disappointed with your stay.

What a beautiful piece of land! My family and I stayed here while visiting to see my sons air force graduation. The house was immaculate and the views were breathtaking. The house came with a giant TV (which my husband loved), and a great pond to sit by and read. Restaurants and shopping were close by, and it was just a couple minutes from the interstate so getting around town for sight-seeing was a breeze! I would highly recommend this house, the pictures don't do it justice. I will be heading back as soon as possible!

The Kiowa House was unbelievable. More than our family ever expected. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Located within minutes of some great restaurants. Most importantly is it was just 3 minutes from the academy. We will be returning next year.

I had a wonderful 4 day stay in this wonderful home. Pictures do not do it justice. it was quiet and private but very safe. Had everything you need.I was met at the gate and taken to my lovely guest house with fanastic views all around. Big windows. fed the birds and squirrels- even a black squirrel!! I was told of restaurant choices- only Cheddars was near... no grocery very near that I could find. I was not near my downtown meetings but drive was not bad at all in rush hour. I would not stay anywhere else/ hope to go back soon/very relaxing/ house was clean and well cared for...loved the large TV in bedroom//
