This Beautiful Furnished Home is in an ideal location in Aptos. There are fabulous views of Rio Del Mar and the Ocean and every level of this home has it's own oceanview deck! The house also has a roof top deck with outdoor table & chairs and BBQ with wonderful ocean & beach views.
Just a short walk to the Rio del Mar & Seacliff Beach State Park with it's famous wharf and cement ship.
Also within a fun bike ride is the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. The park offers rugged semi-wilderness, rising from sea level to steep coastal mountains of more than 2,600 feet. Once the site of logging operations until the 1920s, visitors can still find evidence of logging operations, mill sites and trestles in the park. The land was donated to the state by the Marks family in 1963.
With over 30 miles of trails, hiking, jogging and biking along trails and streams and small waterfalls are some of the activities to be enjoyed here. Picnic tables and barbecue pits are available.
Close to the entrance of Nisene Marks State Park is the older village of Aptos with its historic Bayview Hotel and Restaurant. Several restaurants from the English Pub, the Britannia Arms with its stone fireplaces, game room and frequent live music, The Sushi on the Run, which makes fresh Sushi to order or you can just grab freshly made favorites to go with hot miso soup for a picnic at their tables or at the nearby beaches.
The home is within walking distance to Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant on Center Street at the entrance to Seacliff St Beach Park. Manuel's has specialized in serving wonderful Red Snapper for years!! There is a great Italian restaurant Bella La Vita and Hwy 1 Pizza is nearby also. Lots of other shops from small unique specialty shops to familiar stores like Safeway, Rite Aid, Ace Hardware are all within a mile of the home.

Why the Owner Chose Aptos
Aptos is a wonderful town with beautiful beaches and breathtaking scenery. We like that it is located near places such as Capitola and Santa Cruz, but away from the congestion. Monterey is also just a short drive away for those trips to the Monterey Bay Aquarium or 17 mile drive. Walking distance to downtown, ocean & trails makes this a fun place to enjoy!
