A 2nd-floor 2Br/2Ba corner unit with spacious balcony & view of the majestic Organ Mountains, our condo includes beamed vaulted ceilings & fireplace. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, elegant granite counters, a pantry, & breakfast bar. Bedrooms have large walk-in closets, plush carpeting, & granite counters in the bathrooms. The condo is equipped with a washer & dryer, as well as refrigerated air & ceiling fans throughout. It is beautifully furnished with style and convenience in mind, including all linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi is provided along with cable HDTV, DVD player, & stereo w/dock. Square footage is nearly 1200 sq ft.
Rental includes covered carport and use of the heated pool, bbq grills, fitness center, & clubhouse. We can rent it short-term or long-term. Minimum stay is one month.

John & Chris LOVE the Southwest and their smalltown, Las Cruces, NM. John is originally from Manhattan, NYC, and Chris is a real California Girl. Married nearly 30 years, 15 of those years spent in Europe, they now have grandchildren in DC and California. They love to entertain, enjoy friends visiting from all over the world, and travel often to spend time with family and friends. Their Mesilla condo is an investment, but like every aspect of their lives, they were passionate about furnishing and decorating it with style and comfort in mind. They would prefer a long-term lease, but will also be happy to welcome vacationers and "snow birds," providing them with every amenity. Minimum stay is one month.

Mesilla is the best location in Las Cruces. It is the "Old Town," with all the charm, history, and fascination of the Wild West. Las Cruces is becoming the premier retirement location and growing by leaps and bounds. Much of this growth includes unique shops and restaurants moving into Mesilla's "Mercado." Of course, nearby you will also find NM State University, hospitals & many state-of-the-art medical facilities, White Sands Missile Range, and the new Spaceport -- Las Cruces is NOT just for retirees! Mesilla is simply the best address in town, and the developers of Villa Esperanza made sure that their condominium complex was well built, beautifully designed, with great attention paid to every detail and the highest quality appointments on the market.
