Accommodations: House - 5 Bedrooms + Den - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 8-12)

Front of House - Hilton Head/Forest Beach, SC - South Carolina House Rental Located 100 feet from the best beach on Hilton Head Island (as featured in Hilton Head magazine). This southern-style beach house has a large porch with rockers and a swing to relax. It provides a private, heated pool and spa with private lounge chairs for sun bathing. The kidney-shaped pool has an adjoining hot tub and is surrounded by palms and overhanging live oak trees. The pool may be heated at an additional charge of $400 per week. It is minutes away from golf, tennis, shopping, and restaurants; yet its location at the end of a sandy lane in South Forest Beach affords peace and quiet with the sound of the ocean. It is perfect for one to two families vacationing together. After returning from the beach, enjoy the private outdoor shower. On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, private bath with deep tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the den has a queen-sized, comfortable, sleeper sofa with a full bathroom between the two rooms. Upstairs is another master bedroom with a king-size bed and TV, another bedroom with two twin beds, and a third room with a trundle bed. The upstairs bath is large with a double vanity. The living area is very open with two-story ceilings, fireplace, and TV/VCR/DVD. The dining area is adjoining but separate with floor-to-ceiling to windows overlooking the pool area. There is seating for ten plus two at the kitchen counter. The den adjoins the living area with its own TV/VCR and French doors to provide privacy if desired. There is under-house parking for two cars and space in the driveway for two more. A Ping-Pong table is located on the ground level. Our tropical retreat is located less than a mile from the famous Van der Meer Tennis Complex and includes one court hour per day with advance reservations. Also, 38 golf courses are located on the island. There are 40 miles of bike paths, and the beach stretches for 12 miles. Coligny Circle is a short bike ride and provides many amenities including many restaurants, shops, and fun for the whole family. Visit Shelter Cove Harbour and Harbour Town for fine/casual dining and great shopping, or enjoy a play at the new Cultural Arts Center. Both are just a short ride from the South Forest Beach area.
