Why the Owner Chose Pointe Santo de Sanibel
I have relatives in Southwest Florida so I have been coming there since I was a child. We have stayed on Marco Island, Naples, Fort Myers Beach and Captiva. All of those places were great but there is no place more relaxing than Pointe Santo and Sanibel. It's very laid back with an unbelievable selection of great restaurants and activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo (E35) was recently completely remodeled, including all new furniture and bedding. We keep the unit looking new and try to put all of the touches in the unit that we would want if we were renting. The unit is on the 3rd floor so the view is unbelievable and the elevator is right outside the door to the unit.

The condo was very clean, well-equipped and is right on the beach - perfect for watching those beautiful Sanibel sunrises and sunsets. Dolphins and ospreys were often spotted from the lanai and one morning we even saw an otter on the grass just below us. We hired bicycles for the whole 3 weeks and the mid-island location of the condo made it very convenient to cycle to other beaches, the fishing pier and to wildlife preserves. Sanibel is a perfect holiday spot for nature lovers and this condo makes a great base.

Our ramily spent nearly two weeks on Sanibel in this unit late July 2011. It is as advertized. Reservation and check in all super. The unit itself was awesome and the complex at Pointe Santo can't be topped on the island. Close to everything. We will be returning. Sanibel is the most beautifil and peaceful area our family has ever vacationed.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Our family ( myself, my husband, our 3 kids which are all under 4 years ) enjoyed this condo very much. Our daughter still talks about going to the " condo " and we all had a blast. It was very clean =) which was nice to just relax and not have to clean when we got there after a 20 hour drive, spacious, and the best part is the balcony, where we spent most of the time when we were spending time at the condo. The view is picture perfect and the beach is just beautiful. Would def go back, would love to be there right now! We were actually just checking the weather from Ohio for Sanibel Island because we miss it so much!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
