Our one bedroom apartment sleeps up to five and is perfectly located in the heart of Nice. The spacious apartment boasts a large sun terrace and separate kitchen. It is in a small block with mainly year long residents and has a quiet ambience. It is on the fifth floor (of seven) and has an elevator and security entry system. The apartment was fully renovated recently and refitted with top quality furniture and fittings. Air-conditioning, wifi, phone and flat screen cable TV are just some of the standard equipment. The apartment is located in the chic Musicien's Quarter, less than a ten minute stroll from the promenade. The main shopping area, Ave Jean Medicin with its new Tram is just 400m. There are restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, ATM, and secured parking all within 200m.
Our agent Marilia meets all guests on arrival and familiarizes them on the apartment and surroundings. She is available throughout your stay if required and will see you at checkout. All guests are provided with a welcome food pack and detailed tourist information.

Why the Owner Chose Nice
The apartment is right in the centre of Nice, a few minutes from the beach and old town in one direction and the trains and tram in another. Being within 30 minutes of the airport eliminates tiresome journeys. Nice has over 300 days of sunshine and is less than two hours from skiing in winter. The large sun terrace and separate kitchen also made the apartment more special.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The south of France and Provence in particular is reknown for it good food. Nice has a very good reputation for its fresh food and the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped to do justice to the local produce. Don't forget the local Rose wines! Enjoy breakfast of fresh croissants from the local patisserie or dinner in the evening on the sun terrace. Nice also has something for everyone, with museums, music, sunshine and scenery. It is the perfect base to see the Cote D'Azur with Cannes and St Tropez to the west, Eze, Monaco and Italy to the east and Grasse, rural Provence and the Alpes inland.

July 22 2009 "xzqwert". Leicestershire, UK. The owner provided excellent customer service promptly replying to all enquiries. This apartment is easily accessed from the airport using the local bus service to the train station, it is then just a short walk along Ave Auber. The property is well maintained, comfortable and is equipped for all your self catering needs. The agent was welcoming and was available anytime if needed. This is a perfect base for exploring the Cote D'zur by train. The tourist road train in Monaco was particularly good value. Would definitely recommend this apartment

The location was a perfect base, for Nice itself- we were a stone's throw from everywhere, and the whole Cote D'Azur. We even got to go skiing one day ! Amazing. The apartment had everything you could think of, sooooo comfortable and clean, was like home from home, would def go back. Liked that I didn't have to go buying salt/sugar etc either, that was even there in Welcome Basket provided by owner! Even rubber gloves in the kitchen for those of us particular about our hands! Great apartment, great location. Owner was very helpful when I was making my booking.

We were met at the apartment by Declan and Helen who took time to explain how everything worked and about the area. We had a comfortable stay in the apartment which was well equiped with everything you need including extras like the welcome pack, books, games etc. We hired a car for travelling further afield than Nice but used the trams, bus and the train all of which are within a few minutes of the apartment to get around NIce. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Apartment is great value for money. When booking the apartment nothing was too much trouble for Declan, he answered any questions we had promptly.

M & M. Galway, Ireland. We stayed in this apartment in July 2009 and had a very enjoyable holiday. It is only a 5 min. walk from the train station and the shuttle bus to Nice airport which makes it very easy to travel along the Cote d'Azur. It is a bright and spacious apartment with a very homely feel.There is a very good selection of books and local information guides which we found very useful. The large balcony is ideal for outside dining morning and evening. The local shop 'Cocci market' is very convenient and offers good value and excellent service. The beach is within walking distance as are the main shopping areas and restaurants. The apartment is also near the new tram line which is very good value at €3 per day! The owner Declan provided excellent customer service and was very professional in dealing with all of our correspondence. Marilia who met us on arrival was most helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this apartment for any visit to Nice or as a base for exploring the Cote d'Azur.
