I moved to Colorado from New York to attend the University of Colorado in 1974 and graduated in 1977. I have owned and operated the Jamie Gordon Skin Care Studio since 1986 and I am a licensed esthetician. I am also a single mom with a daughter in college.
I lived in this property until 1999 and have had it as a rental since then. I take pride in this owner managed property which I welcome you to experience.

Boulder Colorado is a beautiful city. It is conveniently located between the mountains and Denver so it offers the best of both. The weather here is sunny, the sky is majestically blue, and the air is clean and crisp in fall and winter. Aspen turn beautiful shades of yellow in the fall and winter offers skiing, fire side warmth, and snuggling. Spring and summer are resplendent with blooms. There is something to do all year long.
