Year Purchased: 1991
Hi, I'm Bob. I used to be an avid windsurfer. Now I mostly golf for recreation. I am also a bit of a computer nerd and during the last ten years have developed web based software for other vacation rental owners that lets them take online reservations, payments, create calendars and other stuff.
Why the Owner Chose Paia
I bought the property in 1987 because I was an avid windsurfer and this was a prime location where I could keep my equipment rigged and ready to sail right in my own backyard. Almost immediately I was barraged with requests to rent out a room.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo Unit
The main benefit is the location and convenience. In one direction a 5 minute drive to the quaint shops and restaurants of Paia town. In the other direction Kahului with its malls, supermarkets, Costco, Kmart and other accoutrements of modern life.
