The Sand Dunes Resort, located along the "Golden Mile" coastline of Myrtle Beach, has lots of amenities to make your visit to the beach a memorable one including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy river. There is also a kiddie pool available. Whether you want to hang out at the pool side, picnic in the resort’s private area, browse through our gift shop or convenience store or enjoy one of restaurants located inside the resort, we are sure we have the perfect place for you to relax. You may even want to try out the Atlantis Spa for the ultimate relaxation.
Your condo is located on the ninth floor and has vending machines, ice machine and washer/dryers located on the same floor. Newly decorated and with 2 full size beds, a fold out couch, new linen and bed spreads, you are sure to enjoy a good night sleep just steps from the ocean. Our kitchen has a 2 burner stove and microwave that can help you enjoy a late night snack or a full meal if you choose. It is also equipped with an ice maker,toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher.
You will enjoy your visit to one of the Grand Strand’s most convenient resorts. We are located within 15 minutes of Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet Mall, the brand new Market Commons Shopping area, great golf courses such as Grande Dunes and the Granddaddy of Myrtle Beach golf courses, Pine Lakes, where Sports Illustrated began. When you get back from a fun day of shopping or playing golf, you may even want to have our concierge help you with your bags while you go upstairs to relax.

We stayed at the condo from July 30th to Aug.13th, 2011. We had a great time and the condo was clean and well maintained. The owner James was very nice and always available to promptly answer any questions we had. The resort is clean, well located and is close to everything including attractions, grocery store, bank etc... The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking and is by far the best view we have ever experienced from a condo. We even saw dolphins from the balcony a few times. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor/indoor pools and lazy river as well as the arcade. We highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable and memorable vacation right on the beach!

My wife and I rented this condo for the week of July 2nd to July 9th 2011. We have been vacationing at Myrtle Beach for 25 years and this is by far the cleanest and most well keep owned condo we have ever stayed at. Great ocean front view and nice resort. The owner really does take pride in his condo. We have finally found a owner and condo that we can rent without any of the not knowing what to expect.

My family and I just returned from staying in this condo from June 25-July 2nd. The facility was wonderful. Pool and lazy river were very well maintained. Beautiful lobby and delicious pizza from Arcade Pizza on the bottom floor. Kids enjoyed the arcade. The convienience store was very handy. Condo had everything we needed in the room. Just bring some extra towels and wash cloths from home if you don't want to wash towels every other day, but washer and dryer were in the hallway very near the unit. We had a wonderful stay!

Me and my wife just got back from our stay May 7-14: this was a great place to stay,the Direct Ocean Front view was beautiful,this unit more than meet our needs,it was cozy,well maintained,clean,close to all the attractions,golf,resteraunts,and the owner was very helpful. I highly recommend it.

I have visited Myrtle Beach several times and this was the best accomodation that I have experienced. Ideal location and excellent view from the balcony. Unit was clean and well kept by the owner. Would definitely recommend. Nice restaurants close and easy access to attractions.

Had a wonderful stay! Owner was super nice to me and my family. We too saw a family of dolphins from the balcony!! Couldn't ask for a cleaner room! Everything was lovely, and we will be back next year, if not sooner!!!

This condo is terrific and we enjoyed every moment. The owner renovated totally with all new furniture, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, mattresses, pictures...everything is like new. The unit is spotless. The resort is very well managed with great food and the pools were all first class. Perhaps the best of all is the view from the balcony deck. Direct view of the ocean, beach and pools. If you are now deciding where to stay while in Myrtle Beach.....look no more....this is tops and you will be happy. This owner was awesome and seems to think of every little thing. Oh,,,the mattresses are excellent too. It is quite and relaxing and near all the Myrtle Beach attractions. There is wifi - brand new restaurant, Sports Bar, Pizza restaurant, Shops, free computers to use in the lobby with a free printer, indoor garage, great bike lanes, health club, indoor pools with whirlpools and sauna. We will be back for sure. There is even more to tell you, but it is a great choice for your family or group. You can even get married on the beach or enjoy the ocean front meeting rooms.
