This first floor, corner unit is very appealing. You don’t have to worry about taking any stairs to this condo. It features two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet in master bedroom suite. The bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances: refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room has a stackable washer/dryer and the rental includes all linens.
It is conveniently located to a nearby outside community barbecue grill as well as the community pool (comes with another barbecue area.) Step out onto the lanai which overlooks the 8th fairway on the Bobcat Golf Course. Membership to this golf course is not included however there are many semi private/public golf courses within a 20-minute drive.
Venice is a charming coastal town with lots to do. Within 15 minutes you will find fantastic beaches, fishing just off the Sharky's Pier, boating on the Gulf, amazing shopping and unforgettable dining at the multitude of restaurants. So much to do! Sarasota, just 20 minutes north of Venice, has numerous art venues, Botanical Gardens, museums and many other attractions. Tampa's Busch Gardens and Orlando's Disney World are all within a 2 hour drive. This will indeed be the perfect spot for your vacation!
