Why the Owner Chose Fennville
We decided to purchase this property as soon as we saw it hit the market. The views of the lake and the sunset are magnificent. The location is ideally situated. It is close enough to enjoy the restaurants, art galleries and quaint shops of Douglas and Saugatuck (5 minutes), but far enough away for privacy, serenity and peace.

My daughters and I recently were invited to this lovely home by my niece who wanted to celebrate a special birthday. Family, co-workers, sorority sisters and childhood friends came and went throughout the weekend (13 in all). Beside the fact that the pool was closed for the season we had a lovely time. The home is immaculate. The decor comfortable. Lake Michigan is right across the street with a private stairway and beach leading to the lake. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. Soap, towels, and linens were all provided. Drive to down took no more than 10 minutes. Several restaurants were also very close by. We had nothing negative to say about this property.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
