Ashland Lodge is 15 minutes away), rafters (Klamath River put-in is 30 minutes south) and Shakespearean types who prefer privacy with a view! 15 minutes from Ashland down I-5 Siskiyou Summit.
Rents for $225/night and $1100/week (Non Peak Season - Sept. 16-June 1), $250/night and $1300/week (Peak Season - June 1- Sept. 15), $300/night ( Winter Holidays Dec. 14-Jan. 4).
Chalet has 1000 sq. ft. deck, large hot tub, 2 car garage and 600 sq. ft. day basement.
Also has RV parking with 30 amp. hook-up and water.
Security, cleaning and pet deposit required.
If driving in Winter, please check local weather forecasts as 4-wheel drive and tire chains may be required.

Year Purchased: 2008
I am a Social Studies teacher at a local high school and have been teaching for 24 years.
I enjoy all outdoor activities such as golfing, hunting , fishing, skiing, sailing and scuba diving.
Why the Owner Chose Ashland
This property has been a dream project. I purchased the bare land in 2007 and began construction in the Fall of that year. The Chalet was completed in February 2009. As with all new construction on acreage, the little projects are constantly ongoing!

This place was absolutely amazing!!! We had the best time here and cannot WAIT to come back! This was our first trip to Oregon and it was our first time seeing our family in about 6 years! Very accommodating, very clean, the grill and the hot tub on the porch was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this chalet!! Very beautiful views of Mt. Ashland and all around views were wonderful. Thank you to the owner for such a wonderful and memorable place! Can’t wait to come back!
