Year Purchased: 2003
I looked a long time until I found my perfect house in Mammoth Lakes. Within walking distance of the slopes (Eagle) and on the bus route to give everyone their freedom. There are mountain views from each window and the house is surrounded by pine trees. The house is my second home, not rented much and has more of the feel of a second home than a rental.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I love winter sports especially snow boarding. The chance to get away from LA to the comfort of a mountain home is just too appealing.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is 3000 sq feet with all the comforts of home. All linens, towels and dishes are there. There is cable TV in each bedroom and the kitchen. There is a 3 car garage and a large gas fireplace in the living area. A card table is in the living area as well.

Bruce and Katrina are great to work with and there home is top notch. This large single family home is an easy 7minute walk to the Eagle chair. The home is large with plenty of roomt to socialize with friends and family. The best is the extra large kitchen and large windows. Great location and comfortable surroundings what else could you ask for?
