Desert Trails Guest House was completely renovated in 2004. You can go on the web site and it will answer most of what you want to know about our property. It is a very quiet retreat, but close to all of the action. It will feel like your second home.
We will provide continental breakfast, but have great seasonal rates, as well. Very convenient to all desert activities. One block walk to the most exquisite shopping street in the desert, great restaurants and art galleries. Golf, hiking and many other outdoors activities are in close proximity.
We have plenty of repeat visitors each year, but would love to have some newcomers to enjoy our surroundings.

I have been in the wine and food industry for over 30 years and still involved with international business. Hospitality is the name of my game! I have lived in Palm Desert for 17 years and wouldn't live anywhere else. I even love it in the summer!
Why the Owner Chose Shadow Mountain
I am in a prime location. I wanted an income piece of property that I could renovate, make it personal and inviting. It is now very cozy, comfortable, but close to all of the action.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It is a fully furnished unit that is very intimate, well- decorated, beautiful outdoor foliage and flowering plants, a fountain that is very serene and you step out of your door, you are at the pool. There are no steps. If you don't want to get into your car while you are here, you don't have to because everything is within walking distance. We are very close to many hiking trails and the Living Desert. The McCallum theater is within walking distance. Our place is so convenient, but so quiet you would think that you were miles away from everything!
