A rental lease agreement will be mailed (or E-mailed) to you. The signed lease and 50% of the rental payment is due within 7 days to reserve your week. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to occupancy. A $500 Security Deposit is required. Check-in time is after 2:00 PM Saturday and Check-out is 10:00 AM the following Saturday. |
