Our condo is in excellent condition with new carpeting, new floor tile and upgraded master bath. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and ensures a comfortable stay. Our condo is maintained by the owner so it is quite clean and in excellent condition.
Owner only pays up to $75/$100 electric, renter is responsible for anything over.
Only minutes to downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Asolo Theater, Sarasota Square Mall, Southgate Mall, and the world famous Ringling Museum. You would be minutes away from the fast growing University Pkwy which has many restaurants and shops.
