This furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage, has all the amenities, gated, pools to die for and the greatest clubhouse in north Scottsdale.
We have a new 47 inch plasma TV downstairs and a DVD player.in the master BR there is also a plasma TV. We have a nice comfortable couch and love seat in the living room and there are ceiling fans everywhere. The kitchen has everything you will need and the washer and dryer are the new front loader. The bedrooms master king size bed large walk in closet and private bath/shower combo. The second has a queen size and the third has 2 twins, each has lots of drawer and closet space.the clubhouse. We have 4 pools and 4 hot tubs, tanning beds, theater room, latte/coffee, game room, pool tables, a high dollar race simulator, even the big guys like that. Swimming, laying out in the sun, sitting on the porch in the morning.. Golfing, so many to choose from............ Spring training....... There are so many teams in the valley its hard to see them all. Football in the fall.........

I grew up in Phoenix, and enjoyed all of the fun stuff that the warm Arizona sunshine had to offer. I have been trying to get home for yrs. I kept telling my wife of (35)yrs that we need a place to go in the winter....... What better place than Scottsdale. We chose the GrayHawk area because everything is right there... ITS like being on vacation even if you live there...lots to do............ p.s. our grandchildren love the pools and clubhouse.......

Our stay was pretty much as planned except for having to ask the owner for an extra day due to kids & grandkid flights being cancelled. Owner was easy to work with. Photos and property description are accurate and property is well maintained. Would definitely return.

Great condo - very clean, very nice, quiet, readily accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. The condo campus, pools, and other amenities were very nice, too. The owners were very accomodating and easy to work with. This condo is exactly as it was described on this website.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.
