Unit 313 is located 3 floors above the beautiful seascape of the ocean, beach, and natural dunes. You will also have a view of the magnificent pool area from your balcony.
Though Destin and its many attractions is only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.
This is a "NO SMOKING" unit which will sleep six people. This condo is furnished with a queen-size bed in one bedroom, a convenient pullout sleeper sofa in the living area and 2 hall bunks. Two tastefully decorated full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with exquisite granite countertops add to the comfort of your home away from home.
Step out onto your own private balcony and watch the dolphins play, enjoy a quick workout in the complex’s centrally located exercise room, lounge around the largest gulf-front pool in the area or take a one minute walk to the white sandy beach of Fort Walton.
The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.
The balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach. You will also be close enough the the Pool to easily communicate with those of your party who are on the Pool Deck.

We stayed in this condo 10/2-10/7/11. The weather was perfect! The condo was perfect too! We brought our 2 boys (ages 3 and 6) and our 17 year old babysitter. Condo had plenty of room for us 5. Some things I really liked about the condo: -chain lock (apartment style) on the door (to help with keeping my 3 year old from getting out) -comfy pullout leather couch and comfy big oversized chair in living room -newly tiled master shower -rugs throughout the condo -beach service -soap, detergent and dishwashing stuff that was left for us -heated pool (smaller one) -easy 4 digit entry code instead of a key or 8 digit one! -being able to park on 3rd floor of parking garage and walk right over to our condo -great staff at Sunset Resort Rental...they were very accomodating and easy to work with -THE VIEW from the balcony and the beautiful beaches...you just cannot beat it! LOVE Okaloosa Island/Ft. Walton beach! We will definitely try to stay here again!

My family and I stayed in this condo, July 2010, and it was fantastic. We have stayed at other locations and this was by far the best!! Our son loved the pool, and having the beach service was nice. The view from this condo is awesome. The condo itself is very nice, and suited our every need! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

We stayed at this condo this summer and it was very nice and more than I could of asked for. It was beautiful and decorated very nice. My kids had a blast and it had the most magnificent view you could ask for. We will be back to this condo for sure.
