We stayed at this property in August, 2012 and have already booked it again for August, 2013! It is perfectly located, just a short distance outside of downtown Missoula, but you can easily bike or walk to a nearby grocery store. We loved the peaceful, quiet atmosphere on the Clarks Fork River, and enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the tubers floating by. The unit is spacious and has all the amenities you might need....even WiFi....and you feel like you are at home rather than in a hotel. The owner was very accommodating and welcomed us with a very nice gift basket. We would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Missoula.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great location...mt bike from the door....fish the Clark Fork almost from the deck if you are so inclined. Close enough to town but yet far enough away from the noise and traffic. Nice unit..... nicely furnished. Owner was very acomodating. Thank-you.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Very warm and comfortable condo with everything you need. Owner welcomed us with a nice basket of goodies. We walked the path each morning watching birds, a bald eagle and a fox. It's convenient to everything in town and after staying there we would definitely go back again. It's also a very quiet location. It's so nice to rent from a nice person too!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I recently stayed at this property and couldn't have had a better experience! Not only was the condo situated on a beautiful stretch of the river, but it was spacious and had every amenity we needed. We loved sitting by the fire, grilling on the patio and cooking in the full kitchen. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, greeting us with a gift basket of snacks and supplying coffee, sodas, and beer upon our arrival. She was always available for questions and was very pleasant and helpful. This was the best value for my money, definitely beat staying in a hotel.
