I grew up and got married very close to our Gold Canyon/Peralta Trails home. Now residing in Kirkland WA we enjoy our time in Arizona when we have a chance to flee the rain. I have been a real estate broker in Western Washington for the past 18 years.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home was built in 2003 in a very quiet gated community nestled close to the base of the Superstition Mountains. We went completely through our home in 2008 and installed all new upgraded carpet and pad, repainted the interior, and did an extensive outdoor remodel which includes new landscaping, accent lighting and an amazing new custom Mexican burnt adobe backyard. Gather around the adobe fireplace and built in bench for those chilly desert nights. Our furnishings are all high end from the reclining sofa and chair to the top of the line beds in all rooms. Even the sheets and the pillow cases are exquisite. If you enjoy watching tv there is a 52" 1080p plasma tv to enjoy.
