The Sea of Abaco is our front yard. Dock your rental boat just feet from the front porch.
Conveniently located within walking distance to the settlement on Great Guana Cay, a 5 minute walk to one of the best pink sand beaches in the Abaco's or a 1 minute walk to the end of the dock to enjoy magnificent sunsets.
Fangipani Cottage is a two bedroom, two bath cottage with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The living area is decorated in rattan and tropical prints to enhance the island atmosphere. Double french doors open onto a screened front porch allowing the sea breezes to fill the cottage.
A flat screen TV is provided for viewing DVD's and VCR tapes, but there is no television reception. A VHF radio is also available for communication with island residents. Listen to the "Cruiser's Net" on channel 68 every morning at 8:15 a.m. for up to the minute weather, news, announcements and "what's happening".
Free long-distance phone calls can be made at Nippers and free Wi-Fi is available at several location on the island.
Two bedrooms each feature a custom built queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bath with shower. All linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee-maker.
