I am a very successful business man who is the president of a general contractor construction company and the principal of an engineering firm that has been in business for over ten years. My companies have designed and construction several hotels, gas stations, and resident homes. I believe that this home is an over look of the city from a great view and allows you to have your own privacy in a home verses a casino hotel room.

I believe that this property gives you the feel of "home sweet home" and allows you to have the freedom and privacy that a hotel can not offer. I also would like my renters to feel welcome at my home and enjoy the beauty of the location and still have reasonably close access to the strip.
