After staying here we are officially Coral Bay "people". It was a nice clean unit that was walkable to all the places in Coral Bay. All beach gear was included and very helpful. The screened in porch was great since the mosquitoes were fierce when we were there. Great place for coffee or an evening cocktail. Property manager was responsive to all questions before and during the trip. The pcitures of the unit were accurate and the property is well maintained. For a couple this is a perfect place.

The condo was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beach chairs were the backpack type so they were easy to carry. The location was great. It was far enough up the hill for a beautiful view of the harbor but not so far up that you couldn't easily walk it. It was convenient to the market and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

Second trip back to ST John and decided to stay at Harbor View. As described, it had everything we needed and hoped for in a rental. Great location, screened in porch was a big plus to enjoy view of Coral Bay, very clean and modern, also used the BBQ grill every night. Beach chairs were very comfortable and the cooler was great because we spend everyday on the beach. We plan on renting here again when we plan our next trip to St John.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location in Coral Bay, within walking distance to serveral restaurants and the market. It was clean, well decorated, and the screened in porch was a great place to eat breakfast, read during a rainy afternoon, or have a cocktail before dinner. When we return to St. John this is the where we will stay.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

Our recent stay at Harbor Place was perfect & a great deal! The studio condo was very spacious & beautifully decorated w/ a NICE screened in porch w/ a view to die for of Coral Bay. I slept like a rock every night on the VERY comfy bed. The updated bathroom had a big shower & big vanity to store toiletries w/ a nice size closet full of towels, beach towels, extra sheets & plenty of hanging space. The bedroom furniture was large w/ plenty of room to store everything. The kitchnette had everything we needed to cook complete meals. Being able to walk to shopping, grocery store, deli, Aqua Bistro, Island Blues to name a few was a big plus because we didn't have a rental car the whole time. Vitran bus was just ok. It's also very hard to get a taxi from Cruz Bay to take you to Coral Bay or pick you up. Will definitely rent a car for the whole time when we go back in May. I promise you will want to go back, too!

What a wonderful vacation! St. John is paradise. The accommodations in the studio at Harbor Place are perfect for a couple. It is very clean, modern, fully equipped kitchen, dish detergent, linens, bath towels, paper products (tp, pt, tissues), shampoo, body wash, blow dryer. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfast and sit out on the screened in porch overlooking Coral Bay while eating it. Having beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler provided in the unit were a huge plus considering that every day was a beach day. The location was great: very quite; you can walk to restaurant/bars (Aqua Bistro (good food), Island Blues (fun hangout with good food and music every night), Sweet Plantains (we did not go there but heard that the food is very good); snorkel gear rental at Crabby's. We highly recommend Harbor Place as a place to stay while on St. John. Rent a car on St. Thomas and bring it over on the ferry so that you can explore this beautiful island.

Harbor Place is a fantastic value. The large studio unit was perfect for my husband and I. I loved the screen porch overlooking the bay. The king bed was great with soft cotton sheets and comforter. The furnishings were beautiful, especially the dresser. The beach chairs were comfortable. Overall, a fantastic value and class place.

Harbor place studio is amazing! It is so new, clean, and the location is unbeatable. it's very private and quite, a great couple's getaway. We cooked in the full kitchen and we loved the screened porch with ocean views. It's only about a 10 minute drive from Maho Bay (which is beautiful swimming beach) and maybe 15 from all the other beautiful beaches on the North Shore. Right below Harbor Place is a small market, internet, restaurant/bar, coffee place, and snorkeling rental. What more could you need. There are also some great restarants close by--Shipwrecks and Miss Lucy's were our 2 favs. We really enjoyed our trip to St. John and thought Harbor place was the the perfect place for us to stay.

Harbor Place was the perfect place for us to stay on the island of St. John. The property manager, Marc Miller, was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. The owners provided beach towels and chairs and and ice chest so we could pack up and head to one of the beautiful beaches every day. It was clean, had a full kitchen, nice view, satellite tv and a comfortable bed. We would certainly go back!
