Building has a hugh deck with lounge chairs on the ocean side for sunbathing. Outdoor heated pool is open Memorial Day through Sun Fest. Small outdoor kiddie pool is located in the pool area. Relax on the private balcony overlooking a lighted beach (lighted until 2:00 AM during the summer). Building has outdoor poolside bar/grill/lounge and small indoor bar/lounge. Indoor pool area is open until midnight and includes whirlpool and sauna.

New for 2008 - new master bedroom furniture (still a king). New
50" plasma TV and surround sound in the living room. Each
bedroom has a 32" LCD (picture updates when everything is done)
New in 2007 - wireless in the building. New balcony furniture.
Sleeper chair added to second bedroom.
New for 2006 - Queen bed in second bedroom and new bedroom
furniture and bedding. New bedding in master bedroom. Ceiling
fans in bedrooms and dining room. New carpet in bedrooms. New
vertical blinds in den, living room and master bedroom.
New in 2005 - refrigerator with water filter and cubes/crushed ice
and water from door, range with warming burner, and new Kraftmaid
kitchen and Corian countertop. Laminate flooring in kitchen,
