From the Dining room step out onto the balcony with 360 degree views of the Sol Vista Basin and Ski Area. The adjacent master bedroom shares remarkable views of the golf course valley and the snow peaked tops of Rocky Mountain National Park. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and television. The master bath has jetted tub, with shower and double sink vanity.
The rest of the family can head upstairs to the loft and second bedroom. The loft has a sleeper sofa, and TV/DVD combination. The second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser and a television. The upstairs bathroom features a dual sink vanity, tub and shower.
Its hard to stay in the condo when there is so much to do. Sol Vista Ski Basin is in your backyard, accessible by a lift a short walk away, or less than five minute drive to convenient access from the Base Lodge. The world class ski resort of Winter Park is only 20 minutes away and easily accessible. It offers skiing opportunities for skiers of all levels, beginner to advanced.
It just gets better in the summer. Sol Vista transforms to one of the premier mountain bike venues in Colorado. Headwaters Golf Club is ten minutes away. There are three other golf courses, and three large mountain lakes within 20 minutes drive. Fly Fishing, white water rafting, hiking, and boating opportunities are abundant. Rocky Mountain National Park is less than thirty minutes away.

We traveled throughout Colorado exploring all of the ski areas for over 25 years. Then we found Sol Vista. It offers us the combination of both summer and winter activities in one place. There is skiing, golf and fly fishing almost right outside the door. Then you add in all of Grand County and you get Winter Park, four top quality golf courses, three large lakes, and the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are thrilled with the peace and quiet of Sol Vista Basin. We sit on the balcony, watching the sunset, and the stillness and quiet are unbelievable. It is a special place with so many things to do and places to explore. There is no place more breath-taking then the trail above the Alpine Visitor Center in Rocky Mountain National Park.
