Our desert escape features a private master suite with king size bed, large walk-in closet and bathroom with shower and tub. The guest room has 2 twin beds, and the den offers a queen sofa sleeper and has direct access to the guest bathroom.
There are spectacular mountain views from every room. The living room and dining room will comfortably accommodate your friends and family, and the large, bright eat in kitchen has everything you need to entertain. If you want to cook outside, we have an outdoor kitchen with gas bar-b-que grill, refrigerator and sink. If you don’t feel like cooking, we are close to many varied dining options!
One of the 15 pools and 17 spas is just steps from the patio! If you seek the luxury of a spa experience, we are within walking distance to the historic La Quinta Resort and Spa.

A $500 deposit is required that is returned within 10 days of check out pending
inspection of the home for any damages, and less a $150 cleaning fee.
In the event of cancellation prior to occupancy, the full amount will be refunded

Year Purchased: 2004
We are pleased to share our desert paradise with you! We are active baby boomers and own and thriving business in the Windy City. We work hard and play hard and going to LaQuinta allows us to leave the long, cold, gray Chicago Winters behind, soak up the sun and have some fun! We love to hike, bike, ski and play tennis, and it's all available to us in the desert.
Why the Owner Chose Laguna de la Paz
We discovered the Coachella Valley and La Quinta in 2004 during our quest to find our place in the sun. We are still amazed not only with the beautiful warm days and balmy nights during the winter, but with at all there is to do in the area, from snow skiing in the morning to laying by the pool the same afternoon, to hiking the diverse terrains from desert to alpine environments, to golf and tennis. You have to try pretty hard to be bored! There is wonderful entertainment and gaming within a few miles. We are only 2 hours from the LA and the beaches, 2 hours from skiing, 4 hours from Las Vegas, 3 hours from Phoenix and 3 hours from San Diego. Its a great central location for day trips.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Laguna De La Paz is unique in that has a resort feel. The people are friendly and have the same goal: to meet other people to recreate with! We have an onsite tennis pro who offers clinics, and will get you connected with other players. There is always a game being played! We have a large lake with a 1.5 mile walking path, and 2 paddle boats and an electric cuising boat for sunset wine and cheese cruises! There are numerous clubs to join, like the biking and hiking clubs and a book club. Best of all we are close to great shopping and dining and are within walking distance to the historic LaQuinta Resort and Spa!
