The Blue Heron is a luxury lakefront resort, located 1/4 mile off Exit 68 from I-4. 1 mile to Downtown Disney, 3.5 to Sea World, 7 miles to Universal Studio. The condo has 2 bedrooms, a set of bunk beds in a private alcove and a sleeper sofa to comfortably accomadate 8 people.

Our SUNRISE SUITE is on 7th floor condo over looking the beautiful Lake Bryan,a 400 acre lake, where one can enjoy a variety of water sports including jet-skiing, boating, fishing and water-skiing. The peaceful sounds of the lake in the evening are restful after a full day of vacationing. All Orlando theme parks are easily accessible from the condo. Disney fireworks can be seen from the balcony in the evening.

An on-site video arcade entertains the young and young at heart. Two pools, a Tiki bar, hot tub and baby pool make staying cool easy. A fitness center is located just off the pool area. A short stroll along the walking path will take you to our private dock. A Hawaiian Rumble miniature golf course is right next door. A two level covered parking area is provided to protect your vehicle.

Several golf courses are within a short distance. Dining and shopping, including a huge outlet mall are just minutes away. Theme park tickets can be purchased on site.

  • My family of 6 stayed here 10/2 - 10/10/09. It was perfect for us. 10 minutes up US4 to Universal and less than that to Disney. It is less than a mile off the interstate. It is within 2 miles of just about any restaurant you can name. Also close to a Publix and a Walmart so groceries were close by. We were normally up before sunrise getting ready for the Parks and the sunrise is exceptional. The view is overlooking the Lake and the sunrise and pink skies reflected a perfect image of the sky. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The pool was clean with plenty of chairs. We spent two full days enjoying it after our Park Days were over! Very nice condo and very nice resort. I will be recommending to our friends. Thank you owners!

  • My husband, daughter and I plus my best friend, her husband and two kids stayed at this beautiful condo in July. The accomodations were fantastic and perfect for the 7 of us. We had plenty of room and the kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds. We were very close to the Disney attractions and were able to come back to the condo for a rest with out a problem. We were plesently suprised to find a fully stocked coffee pot in the morning after a long day at Disney World!! The baby pool was perfect for our little ones and the minature golf course was the last thing we did before we headed back to California. We will absolutley stay here again!!
